Only teams registered as BNS members can register for the Provincial Club Championships. Teams must register in their eligible age group (U12, U14, U16 & U18) and submit proper seeding games to be eligible to compete. Note on eligibility:
Seeding is the process of placing registered teams into divisional brackets. This process is one of the most important aspects of the Provincial Club Championships, helping to ensure that teams are placed in the appropriate divisions.
The objective of seeding is to work to ensure that every team has a chance to compete in a minimum of 50% of their games. Brackets will have top teams and bottom teams, with some teams winning all games, and some losing all games. Proper seeding assists in the process of ensuring that all teams have a chance to compete in at least half of the tournament games.
