The road to the 2022 Canada Games Starts now!

Held every two years, alternating between winter and summer, the Canada Games brings together over 2,000 able-bodied athletes and athletes with physical and intellectual disabilities for the largest multi-sport event in the country.

The Games span over 35 different events and showcase the very best in Canadian sport. Most importantly, the Games bring us together to celebrate the very best in Canadian spirit. They are a true reflection of what it means to be a Canadian and embody our collective belief that we can all do and be something greater — as individuals, as a community, and as a country.

What is the C.A.G.E. program?

CAGE is a gradual evaluation process for athlete and coach selection for the male and female U17 and U18 Team Scotia teams. U17 athletes will attend the Canada Basketball Nationals and U18 athletes will attend the 2022 Canada Games.

Who can participate in the C.A.G.E. program?

All male and female athletes interested in trying out for U17 and U18 Team Scotia teams.

The program will begin on December 4, 2021.
