To assist teams and families in preparation for their tournament (travel/accommodation), BNS has identified the HOST REGION for the divisional tournaments based on the applications received.
BNS host regions include Cape Breton, Central/HRM, Fundy/Northern, Highland, South Shore, and Valley. Wherever possible, BNS aims to identify hosting commitments that are equitable and inclusive.
Specific host clubs and locations for each divisional tournament will be announced in the coming weeks.
Again, we are extremely grateful to our host clubs—these events would not be possible without their support. There are numerous pieces that go into preparation for the championships, including seeding. If there is a change to a host team’s placement following the completion of seeding, a host region may be subject to change.
Should this occur, communication will be sent out as soon as possible.
